On 11 May 2022, the newly built Dining Hall and Kitchen, named ‘Sarada Hall’, was inaugurated by Srimat Swami Suhitananda ji at Ramakrishna Kutir, Almora. On theat day Revered Maharaj ji also planted a Rudraksha sapling at Kakrighat.
On 12 May 2022, Srimat Swami Suhitananda ji inaugurated ‘Shivananda Hall‘, which is a multipurpose hall, and ‘Vivekananda Book Centre’, a book stall, above the library building of Ramakrishna Kutir, Almora, in the presence of Prof. Salil Tiwari, Dean & HOD of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
On 13 May 2022, the central road of Almora Market starting ‘Paltan Bazaar’up to ‘Raghunath Temple of Khajanchi Moholla’ was dedicated as ‘Vivekananda Marg’. Revered Maharaj ji unveiled the ‘Path Entablature’ at the origin and expressed gratitude to local authorities for commemoration of Swami Vivekananda’s historical association with Almora. Around 500 persons including devotees & local people had attended the programme and were served packaged food. The program was organized with the association of Nagar Palika Parishad, Almora.
On 17 May 2022, a new Monks’ Quarter was inaugurated on the 3rd floor of Adbhutananda Kutir at Ramakrishna Kutir, Almora.
