As part of the 125th-anniversary celebrations of Ramakrishna Math Chennai, a new multi-sensory immersive experience has been inaugurated on April 14th 2023 at Vivekananda House by Sri Kumar Vembu (Co-Founder – Zoho Corp) in the presence of Most Revered Gautamanandaji Maharaj.
“Arise, Awake: Discover Your Inner Strength” tells the coming-of-age story of Naren’s inner transformation into Swami Vivekananda, drawing inspiration from the timeless wisdom found in the Katha Upanishad’s tale of Yama and Nachiketa. The film follows a young Naren who, despite facing challenges in his early life due to the sudden death of his father, is inspired by his higher SELF through the guidance of his Guru. As a result, he discovers his inner strength and encourages others to pursue this higher path.
This captivating short film is presented in an innovative theatre designed to recreate the realm of Yama Loka, utilizing a Dolby surround sound system, smoke, seat vibration, holographic displays, fire effects, synchronized lights, and 4K UHD tri-display to fully immerse viewers in the experience.
