National Youth Day was celebrated with a great joy and enthusiasm in our centre. The programme started with garlanding Swamiji’s statue followed by chanting Vedic mantras, singing devotional songs and recital of Swadesh Mantra in the morning. An inter-school elocution competition on the topic of Swamiji’s Life & Teachings was organised followed by a public meeting to mark the day. Around 800 people comprising mostly the students, teachers, guardians and distinguished guests attended the programmes. All the participants were served with noon Prasad (Lunch).
