Ramakrishna Mission Hatamuniguda celebrated the National Youth Day on 12 January 2021. The programme started with garlanding of Swamiji’s statue amidst chanting of Vedic Shanti mantras. This was followed by devotional songs and recitation of Swadesh Mantra of Swamiji.
Online elocution and quiz competitions were organized in which 141 students, in three different age groups, from 10 schools participated. The winners were awarded certificates and prizes.
Discourses on the life and teachings of Swamiji were held, in which monastic members and teachers participated. Best two speeches from each group of the elocution competition, held online, were screened.
