Ramakrishna Mission Coimbatore celebrated the National Youth Day 2021 on 12 Jan ’21. Four children recited the inspirational sayings of Swami Vivekananda which was followed by an Oath taking. Around 180 staff with their family members attended the function.
This was followed by an on-line programme wherein Hon’ble Tamil Nadu Governor, His Excellency Shri Banwarilal Purohit’s prerecorded Chief Guest Address was played. Swami Nityadipananda, Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi delivered Presidential Address and Sri G. Krishnamoorthy, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Periyanaickenpalayam Sub-division delivered Special Address. Around 1650 viewers viewed the programme.
An Online Quiz competition was organized on 12 Jan ’21 in which 3,124 students participated. E-certificate will be issued to all the candidates.
