Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani organised the first Volunteers Conference on 23 January 2024, the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
The conference was attended by 90 volunteers. The program began at 10 am with the chanting of Vedic Mantras. It was followed by reading of Swamiji’s message and teachings. Recitation and Bhajan were also performed.
The main session consisted of talks, discussions and interactions about the ideal and practical aspects of volunteer services.
Prayer and pledge session marked the closing of the conference.
Finally in the afternoon Prasadam was served to all the volunteers.
