Ramakrishna Mission, Dibrugarh, started to serve 40 poor widow mothers in the locality under “Poor Widow Welfare Service” from the month of April 2022. In the month of August the ashrama distributed dry ration kits (Which contains wheat flour, musturd oil, masur dal, salt, sugar, soyabin chunks, chira, biscuits and soaps), gave free medical services and pecuniary help. The ashrama also started “Maa Sarada Annakhetra” where they feed the poor widows on every Sunday.
