To rejuvenate the mind of the youth, Ramakrishna Math, Koyilandy, organised a unique Youth Convention on November 26, 2023. The programme commenced with guided meditation and Vedic prayers, followed by the speech of Dr. T.G.K. Murthy, the retired scientist from ISRO, who spoke about science to encourage students to explore their hidden qualities with spiritual thoughts. He also explained the recent historical achievement of ISRO in the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3 through a PowerPoint video.
Swami Brahmaparananda from Ramakrishna Math Advaita Ashrama, Kalady, shared his spiritual thoughts along with the message of Swami Vivekananda.
Finally, to make aware of the significant impact made by Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, the documentary “Blooming Lotus of Humanity”, in Malayalam language, was shown to the youth.
Approximately 35 college students from different areas of Koyilandy attended the convention. They were provided with sumptuous food after the convention.
