In commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Historic visit to Sri Lanka, a function was held on 20 March 2022 for Sunday School Children in the rural centre of Batticaloa Sub-centre. The Divisional Secretary of the place presided over as Chief guest and around 300 comprised of children, devotees, and teachers participated in it. As part of it, a school in the backward area was provided with a few essentials.
