Ramakrishna Mission, Narottam Nagar, organized a half-day Bhakta Sammelan on 11 January 2026 at the scenic Sarada Sangam. The convention brought together approximately 150 initiated devotees from Narottam Nagar, Deomali, and Mopaya in Arunachal Pradesh, as well as participants from neighboring Assam.
Program Highlights:
- Spiritual Practices: The session included guided meditation, Gita chanting, stotra recitation, and bhajans.
- Devotional Music: Bhajans were performed by devotee groups from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, monastic members, and students from the Higher Secondary Hostel.
- Discourses: Speakers provided insightful readings and discourses on the life and teachings of the Holy Trio.
- Ceremonial Rituals: A special pandal was erected at the river confluence for Bhog offering to Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi. This was followed by Pushpanjali, the ceremonial offering of flowers to the confluence, and a special Arati.
The event concluded with the distribution of Lunch Prasad to all participants.
