A blood donation camp was organised by Ramakrishna Mission, Balurghat on 9 August 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m., in association with the Blood Bank, Dakshin Dinajpur District Hospital.
A total of 39 units of blood were collected during the camp, with the following donor profile:

Following the donation, each donor received attentive post-donation care administered by trained nurses. Every donor was served a refreshment packet comprising sweets, an apple, an egg, and a banana. In addition, each donor was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a pen as a token of gratitude for their generous contribution.
