Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Sargachi, organized a Blood donation camp with the help of Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital on 10 Nov 2019. A team of doctors, nurses and other medical staff of Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital had come for collection of blood. The camp began at 10.00 a.m. with a short inaugural function. 134 volunteers had come forward to donate blood during the camp which included Sadhus and Brahmacharins, ashrama staff, students & non-student donors. Dr. Debasish Bhattacharyya, Director of Medical Education, West Bengal, Dr. Manju Banerjee, Principal, Murshidabad Medical College, Dr. Debdas Saha, MSVP, Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Sri Mukesh, SP Murshidabad were among the guests present on the occasion.
