Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda, organised a day-long Capacity Building Programme on “Theory of Knowledge” on Saturday, 30th August 2025, in association with CBSE, Centre of Excellence, Bhubaneswar. The programme sought to engage teachers in exploring the foundations of knowledge and its significance in the teaching-learning process.
Shri Ranganath Banerjee, Principal, welcomed the delegates. Swami Gitatmananda, Secretary, inaugurated the workshop and, in his benedictory address, spoke about the enduring quest for knowledge in the light of Swami Vivekananda’s teachings.
The resource persons, Shri Rajesh Kumar Mishra and Shri Asish Kumar Sahu, explained the key aspects of the theory of knowledge—perception, testimony, reasoning, comparison, and postulation—through a balanced approach of discussion, reflection, and activity, making abstract concepts accessible and engaging.
