Cloth Distribution
Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jhargram conducted a cloth distribution as part of Distress Relief Work 2026–27 from 30 September 2026 to 3 October 2026. Saris were distributed in five villages of Jhargram district.
On 30 September 2026, 75 saris were distributed at Bhulabhada, Binpur II Block, benefitting 75 families and 75 individuals.
On 1 October 2026, 100 saris were distributed at Kultikri 8 No., Sakrail Block, benefitting 100 families and 100 individuals.
On 2 October 2026, 50 saris were distributed at Parihati, Jamboni Block, benefitting 50 families and 50 individuals. On the same day, 75 saris were distributed at Kasabila, Jamboni Block, benefitting 75 families and 75 individuals.
On 3 October 2026, 100 saris were distributed at Silda, Binpur II Block, benefitting 100 families and 100 individuals.
In all, 400 saris were distributed across the five locations, benefitting 400 families and 400 individuals.
Children’s Garments Distribution
Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jhargram distributed children’s garments on 12 October 2026, on the occasion of Durga Puja. The garments were given to 272 children studying in the three units of Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa and the two free coaching centres run by the Ashrama.
