Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda distributed Rice 249.03 quintals, 54.81 quintals Daal, 14.55 quintals soyabean, 64.48 quintals potato, 3806.8 litres mustard oil, 48.16 quintals salt, 41.75 quintals atta, 1573 kg chira, 76 packets of biscuits, 5139 bars of soap, 150 pcs. of hand sanitizer, 5139 pcs. of mask, saree and dhoti 262 pcs., and 1533 pcs. of shirts & pants among 5071 families in Malda (and Dakshin Dinajpur) district from 30 March to 31 May 2020.

The centre distributed 5139 bars of soap, 150 bottles of hand sanitiser, 5139 face masks and 257 packets (5 & 10 rs packs) of Horlicks in Malda district from 30 March to 31 May 2020.

On 20 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 124 families atBangitola (Panchkoritola) and 106 families at Byaspur (Madhughat). Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 15 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 70 families at Jyot Basanta, Malda., Malda. Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 12 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 116 families of Shovanagar, 152 families of  Bhartitari and 6 families of Bagmari.

On 09 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 74 families at  Ramnagar, Malda. Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 07 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 137 families at Milki Bazar, Malda. Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 05 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 116 families at Narhatta G.P. (4 villages with G.P). Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 03 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 108 families at Madia village ( P.O. Sovanagar). Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 02 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 89 families at Mihirdas Colony (Behind Kotwali). Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 01 May 2020, the centre distributed ration kits to 80 families at 52 Bighe. Each kit contained Rice, Daal, Atta, Potato, Salt, Cooking Oil, Soap, Mask, Photo.

On 26 April 2020 the centre distributed ration kits to 74 families at Rasiladaha, located near Malda Court station. The centre distributed ration kits to 76 families of Ramnagar village (near Mohadipur). Each family was given the Rice, Dal, Atta, Cooking Oil, Salt, Soybean, Soap, Picture(of Sister Nivedita).

On 25 April 2020 the centre conducted relief at two venues- Gobindapur and Kumarpur, near the Jaharatala Kali temple complex. 240 families were given ration kits consisting of rice, dal, atta, cooking oil, salt, soybean, soap, biscuits- in a single kit, while three items viz. cloth piece, mask, a photo (of Swamiji), were given separately.

On 22 April 2020, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda, served the people of Koklamari,a village located in Ratua-II block of Malda district. A total of 150 families were provided with  Rice, Atta, Dal, Soyabean, Cooking Oil, Salt, Soap, Mask.

On 19 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to a total of 164 families on the adjoining Baluchar area (on the bank of the Mahananda river).

On 17 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits in Harishchandrapur area. 48 migrant families (gypsy) were provided with food items ( 10 kg rice, 2kg daal, 1ltr. cooking oil, 1kg salt) and other items ( Pants, Saree, Soap, Mask etc.). Then ration kits were distributed in Puthiya, bordering Bihar state, to 230 families.

On 15 April 2020, the ashrama monks and volunteers went to Narayanpur Char island, off the Manikchak bank. The area is located in the Manikchak block of Malda district. There ration kits (Rice, Daal, Cooking Oil, Salt, Soap) were distributed to 360 families.

On 12 April 2020, the ashrama distributed food kits in different remote villages of Malda district, viz. Samdaspukur (110 families), Palashbari (104 families), Puratuli 304 families), Bhaatra (about 131 families),  Ashrama (Mission Ghat).

Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda started COVID-19 Pandemic relief services in two villages of the Malda district, both of whom have a huge tribal population. Each family is being given food materials consisting of Rice- 5 Kg, Dal- 1 Kg, Cooking Oil- 1ltr, Salt- 1Kg, Flour- 1 Kg, Soyabean- 500gm and also 1 Soap/Handwash, 1 Shirt, 1 Pant and 1 Mask.

The Ashrama has already distributed the food materials to 101 families and will continue to distribute to more families in the coming days.
