Ramakrishna Mission Khar, Mumbai had set up a 70-bedded Dedicated Covid Health Center (DCHC) from 14 April to 04 May 2021. Acute oxygen shortage was the only limiting factor that restricted many more patients seeking admissions.

The vaccination centre is scheduled to begin in the second week of May. Ramakrishna Mission Khar Mumbai will be running a free vaccination centre on the Ashrama premises (Vivekananda Hall), the MCGM will be managing the vaccination centre and the Ashrama Hospital nurses will help in vaccination.
