As part of the observance of Sri Ramakrishna Kalpataru Utsav on 1 January 2026, Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani organized a significant distress relief programme, placing special emphasis on supporting underprivileged Adivasi students.
Distress Relief
A total of 50 Adivasi students were provided essential bedding materials to support their daily living conditions. The distributed items included:
- Mattresses
- Bed sheets
- Pillows
- Pillow covers
- Mufflers
This relief effort aimed to offer comfort and warmth during the winter season, particularly benefitting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
