Ramakrishna Mission, Davanagere, distributed groceries and sanitary items to unpaid private school teachers of Davanagere, as the school are closed due to Covid lockdown.
The Ashrama distributed groceries to 50 families of private school teachers from 26 – 30 May 2021 and to another 50 families from 01 to 5 June 2021.
The kits given to the 100 families consisted of 5 kg Rice, 2 kg Poha, 4 Lts. Cooking Oil, 3 kg Wheat Flour, 2 kg Rava, 1 kg Salt, 1 kg Toor Dal, 1 kg Sugar, 500 gm Jaggery, 500 gm Urad Dal, Tea Powder, Sambar Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Jeera, Mustard, biscuit packets and Sanitation sets. Each sanitation set consisted of 1 Toothpaste, 2 Bathing Soaps and 2 Washing Soaps.
