Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Mumbai, has been organizing annual eye camps as part of its ongoing healthcare initiatives. On January 19, 2025, a dedicated team comprising a monastic member, doctors, volunteers, staff, and paramedical personnel conducted an eye camp at Salav, Alibaug. During the camp, a total of 234 patients were screened, out of which 140 received prescription spectacles. Additionally, 33 cataract surgeries (IOL) were performed, along with 2 pterygium procedures, providing essential eye care services to the community.
