Flood Relief: Bagerhat, Bangladesh, September 2024

Ramakrishna Mission, Bagerhat, Bangladesh


On August 31, 2024, the Ramakrishna Mission, Bagerhat in partnership with the Vivekananda Study & Philanthropic Center in New York and the Hatiardanga Ramakrishna Ashrama in Koyra, Khulna, distributed essential food supplies to flood-affected people in the Fulbari area.

Rice, pulses, and potatoes were provided to 170 families, totaling 690 beneficiaries, from Fulbari, Khejurtala, Hatbari, and Bigardana. The relief efforts were centered at the Shri Shri Hari Mandir in Fulbari, located in Ward no. 7 of Delutia Union, Paikgacha, Khulna District.
