Ramakrishna Math, Gourhati, is continuing the flood relief services.
The local administration and local volunteers are helping actively in this Relief Operation.
On 15 August 2021, the ashrama distributed relief materials among 210 families of Komra village of Ghatal Block in West Medinipur District.
On 17 August 2021, relief services were provided to 150 families in Daharkundu and Basantabati of Salepur – II Gram Panchayet of Arambagh Block in Hooghly District.
Each family was provided with 2kg chira, 500gm sugar, 200gm powder milk, 250gm biscuit, candlesticks and match boxes each family.
On 11 August 2021, the ashrama distributed relief kits among 500 families of Khanakul Block – II in the village of Bandar, Dhanyaghori, Ghoradaha and Kaknan in Hooghly District.
On 12 August 2021, the relief services were provided to 230 families of Thakuranichak village of Khanakul Block – I.
On 9 August 2021, the Gourhati ashrama distributed relief kits among 241 families of Khanakul Block – II in the village of Kaknan in Hooghly District. On 10 August 2021, the relief services were provided to 300 families of Minan village of Khanakul Block – I. Each family was provided with 2kg chira, 500gm sugar, 200gm powder milk, 250gm biscuit, candlesticks and match boxes.

8 August 2021 : Ramakrishna Math, Gourhati started Flood Relief services among the poor and needy people of Khanakul Block – II in the village of Dhanyaghori, Ghoradaha, Kaknan in Hooghly District on 6 August and Pole of Khanakul Block – I on 8 August in 2021. The centre distributed kits comprising 2kg chira, 500gm sugar, 200gm powder milk, 250gm biscuit, candlesticks and matchboxes to 719 families.
