On 18 January 2026, Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, organised a Free Cataract Screening Camp in collaboration with Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. The camp aimed to support underprivileged patients by providing accessible eye-care services.

As part of continued post-operative care, on 20 January 2026, 28 patients who underwent cataract surgery were provided free ration kits to support their recovery period.
Each kit contained:
1 kg dal, 1 kg sugar, ½ kg tamarind, 1 kg edible oil, 200 g chilli powder, ½ kg sambar powder, 1 kg sooji, and 1 bathing soap.
