Ramakrishna Mission, Sribhumi, Assam, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, organized a Free Eye Camp at Bazarghat, Govindaganj, on Saturday, 14th February 2026. The camp aimed to provide essential eye care to needy villagers with limited access to medical facilities.
A total of 21 patients were examined, and 8 successful cataract surgeries were performed under the expert supervision of Dr. Vikram Dam from Silchar. This initiative significantly improved the vision and quality of life for the beneficiaries.
