The camp featured comprehensive talks from three distinct speakers, providing a well-rounded approach to health:

  1. Homeopathy and Health:
    • Speaker: Dr. Nisha BHMS (Homeopathy Specialist)
    • Topic: Dr. Nisha delivered a valuable talk on general health and wellness, likely focusing on the principles of homeopathic care and preventive health measures.
  2. Ashtanga Yoga from Tirumandiram:
    • Speaker: Sri Balamanikandan (Researcher in Tirumandiram)
    • Topic: Sri Balamanikandan spoke on the profound subject of Ashtanga Yoga, providing insights derived from the ancient Tamil text, Tirumandiram, a key work in the Shaiva Siddhanta tradition. His address highlighted the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga for internal well-being.
  3. Herbal Remedies, Yoga, and Lifestyle:
    • Speaker: Sri Perumal (Yoga Instructor and Traditional Herbalist)
    • Topic: Sri Perumal gave a practical presentation focusing on natural health strategies. His talk covered the effective use of traditional herbs for general health, coupled with practical yoga practices and actionable lifestyle strategies for long-term fitness and vitality.
