International Yoga Day was observed at Ramakrishna Mission School, a unit of Ramakrishna Mission, Aalo, with participation from students across various sections. Students presented coordinated yoga demonstrations, including tree poses, pyramid structures, and symmetrical formations, reflecting balance, discipline, and teamwork.
An inter-house yoga competition was held alongside the demonstrations, with students from different houses, identified by colour-coded uniforms, taking part. The venue was decorated with banners and yoga-themed motifs marking the occasion.
Teachers, dignitaries, and students attended the event, which was documented through photography and recording. The celebration reinforced the importance of yoga for physical health, mental discipline, and overall well-being among students.
