International Yoga Day was observed on June 21, 2026, through two programmes organised under the auspices of Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur.
At City Centre, Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, observed International Yoga Day, with 50 persons participating.
At the Vivekananda Empowerment Centre, Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, conducted an International Yoga Day programme for 10th-standard boys and girls of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna High School, Vadamangalam, Puducherry, with 50 students participating. Pictures of Swamiji and books were distributed free of cost to all the students.
