On the occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sister Nivedita, Asansol centre organized a day-long Janak–Janani conference on 11 February, 2018 where 1050 delegates, mostly guardians of our school boys and also some other school, and about 100 guests attended the programme. Swami Balabhadranandaji Maharaj presided over the conference. Guest speakers were Sri Shakti Prasad Misra, Dr. Sutapa Basu, Dr. Chinmoyee Nandi. A special badge depicting Mothers photograph and a booklet on Sister Nivedita (Bharater Nivedita) distributed to all of them. Tiffin and lunch prasad distributed to all the participants. This is the 2nd year such conference was organized and the whole day proceedings was appreciated by all.
