Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai celebrated the National Youth day at the Gateway of India (Apollo Bunder), Mahim Causeway (Mahim) and Vivekananda Auditorium of Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai.
- At the Gateway of India, National Youth day was celebrated by the Garlanding Statue of Swami Vivekananda. Around 150 to 200 people attended the function. Snacks were provided to all present members.
- At the Mahim Causeway bust of Swami Vivekananda was garlanded. Around 50 people including school children attended the function. Snacks were provided to all present members.
- The evening function of the National Youth day at Vivekananda Auditorium was attended by around 550 college students and some devotees. Swami Satyadevananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai welcomed the dignitaries. The Distinguished Guests of the ceremony (a) Swami Jyotihswarupananda, Ramakrishna Math, Nagpur (b) Dr. Shreerang Deshpande, Speaker and Scholar on Vivekananda Literature, Pune, (c) Shri Sharad Vivek Sagar, Indian Social Entrepreneur and Founder & CEO – Dexterity Global, addressed the gathering on Life & Teachings of Swami Vivekananda. Some youths have also given speeches on Swamiji. The snacks were provided to all present.
