National Youth Day 2026: Khetri

On January 12, 2026, in honor of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Smriti Mandir, Khetri, organized a grand Youth Convention within the ashrama premises.

Event Highlights

  • Spiritual & Intellectual Discourse: The convention featured keynote addresses from distinguished speakers, including the Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission, Shimla, and the Secretary of the Khetri Ashrama.
  • Student Participation: The event saw a strong representation from the youth, with 1,000 college students arriving from three districts: Sikar, Churu, and Jhunjhunu.
  • Cultural Showcase: A group of 51 students from 9 different schools performed 12 cultural presentations, showcasing their talents and devotion to Swamiji’s ideals.
  • Attendance: The function was attended by a total of 1,100 individuals, comprising students, educators, and other notable dignitaries.

  • Awards: All 51 performing students were presented with books, while the participating schools were honored with mementos.
