The 42nd National Youth Day was celebrated with great poise and enthusiasm on 12 January 2026 at Ramakrishna Mission, Viveknagar, Agartala, organized across three distinct sessions featuring distinguished guests from various sectors of public service and administration.
Session Highlights

- Guest of Honour: Justice Sri Swapan Ch. Das, Former Chairman of the Tripura Human Rights Commission.

- Chief Guest: Sri Krishna Mohan Nehra, Director of Agartala Airport.
- Guest of Honour: Mr. Pradip K, IAS, Director of Skill Development, Industries, and Commerce, Govt. of Tripura.
Valedictory Session
The final session featured inspiring addresses to the youth:
- Chief Guest: Sri Ramprasad Paul, Hon’ble Deputy Speaker of the Tripura Legislative Assembly.
- Guest of Honour: Sri Devapriya Bardhan, IAS, Secretary to the Govt. of Tripura.
