Ramakrishna Advaita Ashrama, Kalady, organised its monthly half-day spiritual retreat on a Saturday in July 2026. A gathering of devotees participated in the programme, which was conducted on the premises of the Ashrama.
The programme comprised bhajans (devotional singing), spiritual discourses, guided meditation, and the chanting of Sri Ramakrishna Ashtotharasatha Namavali (the 108 Names of Sri Ramakrishna).
Swami Akshayatmananda and Swami Bhuvanatmananda delivered spiritual discourses in Malayalam, drawing upon the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda. Swami Kritajnananda addressed the gathering in English, making the spiritual instruction accessible to a wider audience.
The retreat concluded with a session of guided meditation and chanting, followed by the distribution of noon prasadam to all devotees present.
