A Spiritual Retreat was organised by Ramakrishna Math, Halasuru, Bengaluru on Sunday, 13 September 2026, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Approximately 150 devotees and friends participated in the programme.
The retreat commenced at the Universal Temple of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna with devotional Bhajans rendered by Swami Shivakripananda and Swami Rajeshwarananda, followed by the recitation of the Ashtottara Shatanamavali. A tea break was observed thereafter.
The programme then continued at Sri Sharadadevi Sabhangana, where a reading from The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna was conducted by Swami Bodhaswarupananda.

An inspiring English discourse titled “Arunodaya” was delivered by Swami Paramasukhananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Villupuram. This was followed by a Kannada discourse on the theme “Divine Visions of Sri Ramakrishna” by Swami Tyagishwarananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Davanagere. The retreat concluded with Bhajans and Arati.
Lunch Prasad was served to all participants at the conclusion of the programme.
