Under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of State Bank of India, Local Head Office (LHO) Bhubaneswar, 1,000 saplings of various fruit-bearing and avenue tree species were planted on the campus of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda.
The plantation drive was conducted as part of the “Integrated Fruit Bearing and Avenue Plantation Programme” and was implemented through Mahashakti Foundation.
The programme commenced on 28 September 2026 with the ceremonial planting of a sapling by Swami Gitatmananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda. The event was attended by the following guests, along with other dignitaries, staff members and students of the Ashrama.
