The Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Smriti Mandir, Khetri, organized a series of events as part of its values education program to promote the inspirational life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda. Held twice a week from August 1 to September 9, 2025, the program was open to students in grades 8-10 from schools in the Khetri block.
Participants began the program with a free visit to the ‘Ajit-Vivek Museum’, offering them a firsthand look at Swami Vivekananda’s life and messages. This was immediately followed by a quiz competition designed to test the students’ powers of observation based on their museum tour. The event also included the screening of a documentary showcasing Swami Vivekananda’s life, followed by a guiding discourse for the students.
As a gesture of appreciation, all participating schools received a memento, while every student, including the quiz winners, was gifted books and pens. Additionally, all attendees were provided with food packets.
In total, the event spanned 17 days, with 1069 students and 94 teachers from 62 schools participating. The program was sponsored by the Nuevo Foundation, Gurgaon, out of their CSR Fund.
