Programme on November 22, 2025:

Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, conducted a special one-day Values Education Programme for teachers on Saturday, November 22, 2025. The event was focused on helping educators imbibe Swami Vivekananda’s message—to expand their minds “as vast as the sky and as deep as the ocean”—in order to become truly great teachers.

A total of 90 teachers from the Kamala Subramaniam Group of Schools participated in the inspiring and uplifting programme.

The special address was delivered by Smt. Priyamma from Chennai, a continuous recipient of the “Best Teacher Award” from her students. She shared her experiences running service organizations that impart “lessons for life” to underprivileged students, complementing her regular school subjects.

The programme, which included inspiring talks, group discussions, and a special prayer with pushpanjali, concluded with all participating teachers receiving two books on the Holy Trio (Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda).
