29 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur conducted a values-oriented programme for younger students on 29 January 2024. It was a simple program on culture and enthusiastic learning. 75 students of The Little Scholar Public School, Thanjavur participated.
Five students lit the lamp to begin the session. The lively bhajans, the tug of war game, the video shows that kindle students’ thinking faculty, prayers to the Holy Trio by floral tribute, the joy of children serving food among themselves — it was a beautiful sight to see their happiness. All were given a booklet of Swamiji.
22 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur conducted a values-oriented programme for younger students on 22 January 2024. 60 students participated in the programme.
20 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur arranged a Youth Convention on 20 January 2024, for the students of Marudupandiyar College, Thanjavur. The theme was “Responsible Youth”. 44 students participated in the youth convention.
Swami Mahamedhananda, Smt. Jayanthasri Balakrishnan, Chairman of Marudupandiyar College and Swami Vimurtananda addressed the occasion. All the youngsters and professors were given books by Swami Vivekananda both in Tamil and English.
19 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur arranged two Value-Based Educational Programmes :
- for NCC Cadets and NSS Volunteers on 19 January 2024 morning. The theme was “Create your destiny”, and 400 cadets and volunteers participated.
- for lecturers and professors on 19 January 2024 afternoon. The theme was “Man-Making Education”, and 125 professors participated.
11 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, conducted a values-oriented programme for younger students on 11 January 2024, where a total of 60 pupils attended and benefitted from the programme.

4 January 2024 : In a Values Education programme for students, conducted by Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, and organized by the prestigious Poondi Sri Pushpam College in Thanjavur, on 4 January 2024, Swami Vimurtananda addressed about 3500 students, and spoke on the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
5 January 2024 : Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, conducted a Values Education programme for professors of the OPR Memorial Group of Educational Institutions, Vadalur, and for the professors Maruthupandiyar College, on 5 January 2024, in the ashrama premises. Total 90 professors participated in the programme.
