In fulfillment of the ideal of service to the “Daridra Narayana,” Ramakrishna Math, Basti, conducted extensive Winter Relief operations between September and December 2025. These efforts were directed toward providing warmth and comfort to underprivileged individuals across various villages in the Basti and Balarampur districts.
Distribution Highlights
The relief activities reached a diverse group of beneficiaries, ensuring that men, women, and minors were protected against the onset of winter.
- Total Beneficiaries: 544 individuals.
- Male: 270.
- Female: 262.
- Minors: 12.
- Primary Distribution Hub: The majority of the distribution was carried out directly from the Ramakrishna Math premises.
- Outreach Locations: Relief was extended to remote areas, including a distribution at the Forest Dept. Plant Nursery in Tilwaha and a local session at Tema, Dewapar.
