Vrindavan Dham serves as a sanctuary for countless devotees, sadhakas, and the underprivileged. Unfortunately, many of these individuals lack adequate food, shelter, and clothing to withstand the harsh winter. Continuing our tradition of service, Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama conducted extensive night-time relief operations throughout December 2025 to provide warmth to those living on the streets.
Distribution of Blankets
To ensure the relief reached those most in need, blankets were distributed late at night across two separate sessions. Utilizing a fleet of five vehicles, our teams covered all major locations within Vrindavan, including:
- Roadsides along the entire Vrindavan Parikrama Marg.
- The banks of the Yamuna River.
- The precincts in front of all major temples.
Distribution of Thermal Wear
On a subsequent night, our teams focused on the distribution of protective inner garments. These woolly cotton thermal wears were provided to Sadhus and the destitute found on the streets in and around the town to offer an additional layer of protection against the cold.
Summary of Distribution
| Item Type | Total Quantity Distributed |
| Blankets | 1,050 Pieces |
| Thermal Wears (Woolly Cotton) | 450 Pieces |
These vital humanitarian efforts were made possible solely through the compassionate financial contributions of our kind-hearted devotees.
