Advaita Ashrama, Kolkata, organized a Youth Convention on 25 August 2019 as a part of the concluding functions of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic Chicago addresses.
Around 90 students from 13 educational institutions participated in the Convention. There was an elocution competition held on the life and message of Swami Vivekananda. Teachers, parents and devotees were also present. Swami Shastrajnananda, Principal, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math, was the Chief Guest.
The Youth Convention was a humble effort to carry the message of Swami Vivekananda to the students.
