To commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s historic Chicago Address, Ramakrishna Mission, Dhaleswar, organised a Youth Conference on Thursday, 11th September 2025, at Vivekananda Hall. The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 1000 youths from 25 educational institutions.
The event began with Vedic chanting, patriotic songs, and the Swadesh Mantra, followed by insightful discourses on the significance of the Chicago Address by:
- Sri Kishore Barman, Hon’ble Minister of Education, Agartala
- Sri Abhay Kumar, Director, IIIT Agartala
- Sri Rajib Saha, Dean, NIT Agartala
- Swami Amartyananda
As a token of appreciation, all participants were gifted books on Swami Vivekananda.
