The 26th Foundation Day of Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (VIHE), a unit of Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad, was celebrated in a grand manner on 10 September 2025.
Upon the completion of twenty-five years of purposeful service to students, youth, professionals, and others in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the Institute was ushered into its 26th year of service and training, in pursuit of fulfilling the vision of Swami Vivekananda.
The celebration was attended by nearly 2,000 youths from various colleges in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
Sri Venkaiah Naidu ji, former Vice President of India, was invited as the Chief Guest. Swami Nityamuktanandaji of Udbodhan, Kolkata, and Swami Sarvottamanandaji, Vice Chancellor, RKMVERI, Belur Math, were present as special monastic guests for this historic occasion. The upgraded Vivekananda Auditorium was formally inaugurated by the Chief Guest.
Inspiring cultural programs were staged by the students of VIHE and were highly appreciated by the audience.
A sumptuous lunch was served to all youth participants and each was presented with a certificate, a photograph of Swami Vivekananda, and the ‘Call to the Nation’ booklet.
