Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jhargram organised a Youth Convention on Monday, 11 September 2023, to commemorate the 125 years of the foundation of the Ramakrishna Mission. The convention was held from 10 am to 1.30 pm. Nearly 350 students and around 50 teachers and guardians participated in the program.
Swami Krishnanathananda, Editor, Udbodhan Patrika; Sri Sakti Prasad Mishra, Head of Nivedita Chair, Centre of Indological Studies and Research, Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Gol Park, Kolkata and Swami Brahmeshwarananda, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jhargram, addressed the students in the Convention.
All the participants were given a few books and a photo of Swamiji.
