As part of the 125th foundation day of Ramakrishna Mission and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a colourful grand procession consisting of portraits of Sriman Mahaprabhu, the Holy Trio & tableaux inspired by the teachings of the Holy Trio, was arranged by Ramakrishna Mission Nabadwip on 1st May 2022. The rally commenced from the Ashrama campus at 7:00 AM and navigated through important junctions of Nabadwip Dham while garlanding & honouring on the way many Sages, who had sacrificed their all for independence. Many teachers, students, N.C.C. cadres of different schools, representatives of Saradeshwari Ashrama, Nabadwip Vivekananda Yuva Mahandal, many clubs & N.G.O.s, athletes of sports associations, followers of Ramakrishna Mission and local habitants, altogether more than 700 (seven hundred) people took part in the procession. In the evening Swami Amareshwarananda discussed the history of the Ramakrishna Mission in the temple in the presence of many devotees.
