Srimat Swami Suhitananda ji Maharaj, Vice-President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, visited the Ramakrishna Vedanta Centre, Dublin, Ireland, for a week from 11th to 17th June 2026.
The Centre’s 8th Anniversary was celebrated on this occasion, with Maharaj delivering the benedictory address. His Excellency Mr. Manish Gupta, Indian Ambassador to Ireland, and Madam Nimeesha Gupta graced the programme as Guests of Honour. The Ambassador expressed happiness at witnessing the programme and appreciated the Centre’s contributions in Ireland. A Gita chanting competition for children and a quiz competition on the life of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi were held as part of the celebrations, which were attended by around 120 people.
During his stay, three satsangs were organized at the Dublin Ashrama, and one satsang was held at a devotee’s residence. Maharaj spoke on the cultivation of devotion and progress in spiritual life. Attendance at these satsangs ranged between 30 and 50 participants.
