The newly built Prayer Hall on the Ground Floor and a multi-purpose hall on the First Floor (named as ‘Swami Yatiswarananda Hall’) at the Ramakrishna Mission, Villupuram was inaugurated by Swami Gautamananda ji Maharaj on Saturday, 18 December 2021 amidst Vedic Chanting and Keertan in the presence of sadhus, brahmacharis, teachers and devotees. The consecration was followed by a Special Puja, Homa and benedictory address in the Prayer Hall. Around 70 sadhu-brahmacharis and around 1100 devotees participated in that day’s event.
