Ramakrishna Math, Bamunmura : COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Services

 


Ramakrishna Math, Bamunmura, North 24 Paraganas is continuing the relief services to the families affected by the lockdown due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. They have started the 2nd phase of the COVID-19 relief services in various blocks of North 24 Paraganas district.

In the 2nd phase of the COVID-19 relief services, the ashrama distributed 6195 kg rice, 1239 kg dal, 373 kg soybean, 1239 pcs soaps among 1239 families in North 24 paraganas.

On 16 May 2020, the Bamunmura ashrama distributed dry ration kits among 285 families in 14 areas of Barasat 1 and 2 blocks — Ramakrishna Pally, Abdalpara, Shivtala (Narkel Bagan), Bhattapara, Lichutala, Aamtala, Pioneer, Arabinda Pally, Chakraborty Lane, Sima Sarani, Purbasha, Ghoshpally, Garden Lane and Kalibari Road.

On 15 May 2020, the Bamunmura ashrama distributed dry ration kits among 201 families in 11 villages of Deyganga block — Biswanathpur, Mahabatpur, Jhapa, Kaliyani, Aminpur, Bhasliya, Kartikpur, Khajurdanga, Ambika Nagar, Ramnathpur and Deyganga.

On 14 May 2020, the ashrama distributed dry rations kits among 400 families of Kailashnagar, Duckbanglow, Swamiji Colony, Govt. Colony 2, Hridaypur, Brahman pally, Puipukur, Vidyasagar pally, Madhumurali, Saroj park area of Barasat 1 and 2 blocks of North 24 Paraganas.

On 12 and 13 May, 2020, the Bamunmura ashrama dry ration kits among 638 families in Damhati, Mirzapur, Nimtala Charghat, Labangolla, A.G. Colony, Madhya Haria, Banipur, Hira (Natun Colony), Manik Nagar, Sahapara, Kalibari, Michael Nagar, Shasti Tala areas / villages of Swarupnagar block, Habra 1 block and Barasat 1 block of North 24 paraganas.


The Bamunmura centre distributed 17,087 kg rice, 4062 kg dal, 600 kg soyabean, 1813 kg potato, 495 pkts of biscuits (45gm each), 50 kg wheat flour, 97 lts mustard oil, 50 kg salt and 3421 pcs of soap among 3644 families (15633 persons) at 63 villages under Barasat 1 and 2, Baduria, Habra 1 and 2, Guma 2, Bagda, Gaighata and Deyganga blocks in North 24 Paraganas, from 31 March to 28 April 2020.

 



On 28 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 254 families of 14 villages in North 24 Paraganas.

On 26 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 314 families in 15 Villages namely : Gobardanga, Laxmipur, Atulia, AGC, Banipur, Purbapara, Haria, Srinagar, Nagar Thuba, Ahutosh Colony Jaoygachi, East & West Kamarthuba, Bonberia, Dohar Thuba, Hijalpukur and Banipur.

On 23 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 230 families in Beliaghata Bridge, Benapur, Dogachia, Kartipur and Sohai villages of Deyganga Block of North 24 Paraganas.

On 18 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 212 families in Kaborkhola, Kaiputrapur, Kashipur, Bilpur, Santoshpur and Kasimpur.

On 13 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 249 families of Bamumnura, Soraj Park.

On 9 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 207 families of Bamungachi, Kulberia, Vivekanandapally, Mandalgathi, Murali, Nityananda Sarani, Shankargachi, Saratpally and Nabinapally of Barasat Block

On 8 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 250 families of Bamumnura, Padamapukar, Golbazar of Habra and Guma Block

On 7 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 358 families of Bamumnura, Dulepara, Shantimoy Colony, Kuberpur Kalibari, Chandanhati and Subhas Nagar of Barasat Block.

On 5 April 2020, the ashrama distributed rice, dal, soyabean and soap to 210 families of Chandpur and Laxmipur villages of Bagda Block.

On 4 April 2020, the ashrama distributed rice, dal, soyabean and soap to 211 families in Gobardanga village.


In the wake of the lockdown due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Ramakrishna Math, Bamunmura, North 24 Paraganas, has started relief and distributed rice, dal, potato, soya beans, and dettol soaps to 247 needy families in 6 villages / localities – Bamunmura, Dulepara, Shantimoy Colony, Kuberpur Kalibari, Chandanhati and Subhash Nagar.



On 3 April 2020, the Ashrama distributed rice, dal, soya beans, and dettol soaps to 219 needy families in Dakshina Chatra.
