Ramakrishna Math, Kanchipuram, successfully distributed garments—including sarees, lungis, towels, and readymade children’s clothing—to a total of 1,608 marginalized individuals for Diwali, in October 2025. Beneficiaries included differently abled persons, leprosy affected persons, destitute poor senior citizens, and S.C./S.T. daily wage earners, along with Kaakki uniforms for auto-rickshaw drivers.
Distribution for 18 remote S.C. and S.T. village habitats was carried out directly in their respective villages, while other beneficiaries received their items at the Ashram campus. All 1,608 persons were also served one Jangri sweet and Kara Mixture.
