A cloth distribution programme was organised by Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Silchar among underprivileged and distressed people. The distribution commenced on 16 September 2026 and concluded on 10 October 2026, on the occasion of Mahalaya.
During this period, 4,005 saris and 400 dhutis were distributed to the needy.
