Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani observed its monthly Dwipakshik Matri Puja on 20 September 2026, the third Sunday of the month. The programme is held regularly for approximately 160 economically disadvantaged elderly mothers registered with the Ashrama.
Proceedings commenced at 9.30 a.m. with Vedic chanting. The mothers were welcomed with sandal tilak and garlands. Relief items comprising rice, dal, potato, puffed rice, suji, and sugar were distributed. The programme concluded at 10.45 a.m. with peace chanting.
