On 19 September 2026, Ramakrishna Ashrama & Ramakrishna Mission, Bagerhat, Bangladesh extended emergency relief to a fire-affected family at Bahogram, Muksudpur, under Gopalganj District.
The residence of Shri Simanta Biswas was completely destroyed in a fire caused by an electrical short circuit. Upon receiving news of the incident, the centre promptly dispatched a relief team to the site and distributed corrugated iron sheets to enable the family to undertake immediate reconstruction.
